THE TEMPEST opens tonight at Salisbury Playhouse - starring Elizabeth Crarer.
This summer, join Wiltshire Creative for a unique outdoor theatre show, which is the centrepiece of the 2023 Salisbury International Arts Festival. The team behind bold productions at Salisbury Playhouse, will present a stunning re-imagining of Shakespeare’s fabulous tale, in the beautiful surroundings of Churchill Gardens (SP1 2LW).A mighty storm shipwrecks a King and his entourage on an island of magic and mystery. It is a place of music and visions, surprising encounters and unlikely friendships. But what secrets does this island hold? Who or what is really in charge? And will the world ever be the same again?
