Kit trained as an actor at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts before moving into talent management in 2017. He developed his skills and industry knowledge at Jane Lehrer Associates and Simon & How Associates, representing actors across theatre, television and film.
He subsequently worked in film and television production for companies including Netflix, the BBC and Disney, gaining experience of the production and finance processes before launching his own boutique agency.
Kit brings a broad understanding of both representation and production and looks forward to working closely with clients to build ambitious, exciting, and sustainable careers.
