Yoav Segal nominated for Best Design at UK Theatre Awards 2025

The Nominations for the UK Theatre Awards have been announced, with Yoav Segal nominated for Best Design for Pinocchio at the Watermill Theatre.

The annual event celebrates the creative excellence and outstanding achievements seen on and off stage throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The winners will be announced at this year’s ceremony, taking place on Sunday 12 October.

Yoav has been nominated for his Set & Costume Design of Pinocchio at the Watermill Theatre - which opened to critical acclaim in December at the Newbury venue.

Later this year, Yoav will design the Set & Costume for The Wizard of Oz at Theatre By The Lake (dir. Sarah Punshon). And, in 2026, Yoav will return as Set Designer for the transfer of sell-out musical Cable Street - playing at Marylebone Theatre from January 16th.
