We're Looking for New Trustees

April 7, 2026

Since our founding in 2013, The Production Exchange has been at the heart of London's performing arts scene — representing actors, writers, directors, musical directors and creatives through our Artist Management arm, and developing and producing new work through our Production Company. As we grow our reach and deepen our impact, we are looking for new Trustees to join our Board.

Trusteeship at TPE is a chance to help shape the future of a charity that genuinely changes lives. You will work alongside our small staff team to review and support our strategic direction, act as an ambassador for our values, and be a champion for the artists we serve — particularly those from under-represented backgrounds.

We are particularly keen to hear from people with experience in finance, fundraising or marketing, though these need not be from within the arts. Above all, you will share our passion for the performing arts and our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

The time commitment is between one and two days per month, comprising quarterly board meetings in Central London (hybrid available), monthly meetings with the staff team and Finance Trustee, and an annual strategy day. Trustees serve a four-year term, renewable once. The role is voluntary, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.

The Production Exchange is a registered charity (No. 1158517).
