DOUGLAS began his career working for The Turnstyle Group before becoming an Associate Producer for the Ambassador Theatre Group. There he worked on shows including The Rocky Horror Show (4 National Tours and the 30th Anniversary Season at the Queen's Theatre, London); and the Donmar Warehouse's award-winning co-production of Guys and Dolls directed by Michael Grandage, with Ewan McGregor and Jane Krakowski (Piccadilly Theatre); the National Theatre’s production of Noises Off (National Tour and West End); John Godber’s Bouncers (Whitehall Theatre and 2 National Tours).

Internationally he has been Associate Producer on productions including Dirty Dancing (Hamburg) and Disney’s The Lion King (Mogador Theatre, Paris). In 2009 Douglas co-production Tunnel 228 with Punchdrunk and then project managed the venue, which became the Old Vic tunnels, until the end of the project in 2013.

At Arden Entertainment, Douglas has managed the Sovermennik Season at the Noel Coward. He is currently the Producer at Big Broad Productions.
