Debbie O'Brien is a freelance casting director working in the commercial and subsidised sectors. Previously a General Manager, Tour Manager and Building Project Manager, she has worked with companies such as Theatre of Comedy, Maxbox Theatres, Turnstyle, Dance Umbrella, Sadler's Wells and Robert Fox. Her work has taken her from the West End where she has worked on many well known musicals, through regional theatres including Ipswich, Stafford, Coventry, Birmingham, Dundee, Plymouth, Clwyd and Leicestershire, to international work with companies in Germany and Holland, and including Teatro Kismet from Bari in Italy and the Mark Morris Dance Company from New York.
