About SHELLEY
Shelley McDonald began his acting journey in the Young Person’s Theatre Company performing at The Unicorn Theatre in various shows throughout the year. His professional debut was in Bola Agboje’s Rivers Run Deep at The Hampstead Theatre. Following his training, Shelley went on to perform in Ages and Rise at The Old Vic Theatre. Last year Shelley was part of the cast of the hit show Faith, Hope and Charity at The National Theatre.
Shelley is fortunate to have been one of the early members of the successful dance group known as Protocol, performing at the Sadlers Wells' Breakin Convention.
Shelley’s knack for the accents is what originally drew him to acting and he prides himself on his ability to mimic voices with precision. His voice acting credits also include Nicked for BBC Radio4 and a voiceover for Tamasha Theatre company’s Production of We Are Shadows.
