About SCOTT
Scott graduated from LAMDA in 2009 and since then has worked extensively in theatre, working with directors including Trevor Nunn and Abigail Anderson. He has appeared in a number of classical theatre productions including, The Taming of the Shrew, King Lear, Henry V, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing.
His screen work includes Law and Order: UK; The Miserables; International Men's Day, and most recently, Killer Clergy for Sky Vision.
Scott is a confident singer with a of range G – Bb and was in the original cast of Ghost: The Musical. He played the title character in Robin Hood at The Theatre, Chipping Norton. He is also a confident stage fighter with particular skills in Broadsword and Quarter Staff.
Scott is also an accomplished Director. He is Artistic Director of classical rep company Merely Theatre, who in 2018 completed their 3rd UK tour with productions of Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing. Since 2017 Merely have performed in over 40 venues throughout the UK including Wakefield Theatre Royal and The Kings Theatre, Edinburgh. Scott recently directed productions of As You Like It and Othello at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
