Lily is a neurodivergent theatre director filmmaker and writer specialising in devising and new writing. Her work is often about women’s issues or stories seldom heard from underrepresented communities.
Most recently, she co-created SNATCHED, an autobiographical one woman show about the life of disabled actor Melissa Johns. The show received 4 and 5 star reviews during its run at the Lowry, the Soho Theatre and other venues nationwide. Lily has significant experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SENs and/or behavioural challenges, including artistic settings, generating creative work & creating performances. Lily has Asperger's and ADHD and is learning how to channel the more powerful aspects of her neurodivergence whilst contributing to the fight for a more accessible industry. |
