George is a recent graduate of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, where he was awarded the Sir John Gielgud Bursary, as well as the BOVTS Award for Excellence in Stage Combat. He recently played France opposite Sir Timothy West's King Lear (Bristol Old Vic) and had leading roles in Our Country's Good, As You Like It, Ladybird, The Country Wife and The Wind in the Willows during training.
He holds a BA Honours Degree in Theatre and Performance from the University of Leeds, from where he toured sketch comedy nationally as a writer and actor. He is also a member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.
George is experienced in devising through both physical and text based practices, as well as having a love for thorough text work. He has a confident baritone voice, dances jazz, and plays the guitar and saxophone.
Currently George is performing in A Comedy Of Errors with The Lord Chamberlain's Men.
