About CRISPIN
Crispin studied Music for his BA at the University of Nottingham and then Drama for a postgraduate diploma. He also speaks French and is has a great facility with regional and international accents. He is an accomplished baritone singer with an additional, beautiful alto range.
Over the years he has played leading roles in plays, operas and musicals. Theatre credits include Fat Boy in Pickwick and Tusenbach in Three Sisters (Chichester and National Tour) and Egbert in Pied Piper (Royal National Theatre and Tour). Crispin has also written and directed 20 pantomimes, which have been produced all over the world.
Crispin’s television and film credits include Simon Sweetcheeks in Skins and Friar Tuck in Blackadder, as well as appearances in My Family, The Alan Clarke Diaries and Medics.
He has also run three theatre companies, including Hidden Pearl Productions Ltd formed with Sonia Fraser.
