About ADAM
Adam is from Kingston-upon-Hull. He was born profoundly deaf and uses British Sign Language.
His theatre credits include Love's Labour's Lost, A Midsummer Night's Dream, 4.48 Psychosis (Deafinitely Theatre), and Up 'n' Under (Fingersmiths). Most recently, he played Macduff in Macbeth at the Leeds Playhouse - directed by Amy Leach.
Screen credits include Retreat, Four Deaf Yorkshiremen Go to Blackpool, Deaf Funny. Adam also starred in the BSL Zone sitcom Small World, and he appeared in Series 12 of Moving On (BBC).
Also as BSL consultant, Adam worked on Upon the Stairs by Adam Z Robinson, Dare Master on CITV, and A Christmas Carol with Leeds Playhouse.
He was Associate Director on Oliver Twist (Ramps On The Moon/Leeds Playhouse).
As a presenter, Adam has worked on BSL Zone's The Muddy Boot Room and Zebra Uno's Deaffest: Rewind.
